Vegan mayonnaise

This recipe is pretty much like magic. Smooth and creamy vegan mayonnaise made with Chia Oil SOW.



100 ml plant-based milk (low fat or 2%)

salt and pepper

100 ml Chia Oil SOW

200 ml vegetal oil



Combine the milk with salt and pepper to taste in a medium bowl. Whisk, using a immersion blender, for about 30 seconds. Add the Chia Oil SOW and vegetal oil a few drops at a time, constantly whisking.

Gradually add remaining Chia Oil SOW in a very slow thin stream until mayonnaise is thick. You can make it thicker adding more oil or waterier adding more milk. It’s totally up to you!

Keep chilled
