Bread made in bread machine

When using a bread machine, if you bake the dough immediately, it does not matter in which order you place the ingredients in the bucket. But if you use the "postpone" cycle, the order is important. They must be added in such a way that they remain inert until the moment the machine starts to work. First place the liquids, then the dry ingredients and finally the yeast. This prevents the yeast from touching the liquid and activating before the machine begins to mix. Use the ingredients at room temperature so that the machine reaches the optimum fermentation temperature.


  • 1 ½ cups (300 ml) water
  • 1 Tbsp SOW CHIA OIL
  • 3 cups (400 g) wheat flour
  • 1 ½ tsp of salt
  • 1 Tbsp fresh yeast


  1. Place the ingredients in the bucket of the machine in the order that appears in the recipe.
  2. Select the " Wholemeal Bread" program and start the program.
