INGREDIENTS
- 250g pasta
 
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
 
- 1 Tbsp. butter
 
- 1 jar, sun-dried tomatoes
 
- Salt and pepper to taste
 
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
 
- ¼ cup basil leaves
 
-

- 2 cup parmesan cheese
 
DIRECTIONS
- Cook pasta according to the directions on the package. 
 
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the butter. Add cooked pasta, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and stir.
 
- Transfer to a large bowl.  Add the avocado cubes, basil leaves, and combine.
 
- Plate and garnish with chia oil and Parmesan cheese.
