VANILLA CHIA PUDING

Vanilla chia pudding

INGREDIENTS

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, add the Chia milk, vanilla extract and sweetener. Mix until well-combined.
  2. Add the Chia Seeds and stir until no lumps remain.
  3. Let the mixture sit in the same bowl or in individual containers in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Decorate with berries or with your fruit of choice.


Note: Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for a maximum of 4-5 days.
