Smoked Paprika  Oil

Ingredients

  • 756 ml Olive oil
  • 190 ml SOW Chia oil
  • ½ Cup Smoked paprika
  • 1 ea Shallot peeled sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Salt

 Instructions

  • Combine everything in pot and heat on low for 15-20 minutes
  • Cool for 1 hour
  • Strain through chine cap
  • Allow to cool and reserve

Notes:

If using later, store in airtight container (Will stay good for 10 days)
