Smoked Paprika Oil

Smoked Paprika  Oil - SOW

Ingredients

  • 756 ml Olive oil
  • 190 ml SOW Chia Oil
  • ½ cup Smoked paprika
  • 1 ea Shallot peeled sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Salt

 Instructions

  1. Combine everything in pot and heat on low for 15-20 minutes
  2. Cool for 1 hour
  3. Strain through chine cap
  4. Allow to cool and reserve

Notes:
If using later, store in airtight container (Will stay good for 10 days)
