Chai chia latte


  • 1 cup SOW Original Unsweetened Chia Milk

  • 1 black tea bag
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ceylon Cinnamon 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon Fine Grind Black Pepper
  • 1 whole Star Anise


  1. Boil Chia Milk in a small sauce pan
  2. Steep black tea bag in the chia milk for 1-2 minutes. Remove the tea bag.
  3. Add heated milk and add honey, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, cardamom, clove and black pepper in a blender or food processor. Blend on high for 10 seconds. If you would like to make it frothy, blend on low a further 5 seconds.
  4. Pour into a mug or drinking vessel of your choice and garnish with star anise and a sprinkle of cinnamon (optional).
