RICE PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 liter Original SOW Chia Milk⁠
  • 1 cup rice⁠
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick⁠
  • Orange zest⁠

 

INSTRUCTIONS⁠

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat 2 cups of chia milk. Add sugar, rice and a cinnamon stick.
  2. Stir with a wooden spoon and when the mix boils, lower the flame to simmer. As it evaporates, add more chia milk until creamy.
  3. ⁠When the rice is soft and all the chia milk has been added, remove the cinnamon stick and add orange zest.
