In a saucepan over medium heat, heat 2 cups of chia milk. Add sugar, rice and a cinnamon stick.
Stir with a wooden spoon and when the mix boils, lower the flame to simmer. As it evaporates, add more chia milk until creamy.
When the rice is soft and all the chia milk has been added, remove the cinnamon stick and add orange zest.
