RICE PUDDING
INGREDIENTS
- 1 liter Original SOW Chia Milk
- 1 cup rice
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Orange zest
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a saucepan over medium heat, heat 2 cups of chia milk. Add sugar, rice and a cinnamon stick.
- Stir with a wooden spoon and when the mix boils, lower the flame to simmer. As it evaporates, add more chia milk until creamy.
- When the rice is soft and all the chia milk has been added, remove the cinnamon stick and add orange zest.
