- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- ½ cup coconut water
- 1 cup Unsweetened Chia Milk
- 1 large banana, ripened
- Add chia milk, coconut water and banana to blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- The texture should be thick, but if it is too thick, add more chia milk. If the smoothie is too liquidy, add more frozen fruit.
- Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
