- 2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Chia milk
- 4 – 5 ice cubes
- 4 medjool dates, pitted (soft and fresh is best)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Combine ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 – 2 minutes, depending on your blender.
- Add a splash or two of extra chia milk as needed, especially if adding protein powder.
