INGREDIENTS

  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced small
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili pepper, finely chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • Juice 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons SOW Chia Oil
  • Salt to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with lemon juice, oil, and salt.
  2. Use it for a barbecue, as a dip, or in your favorite meal.
