INGREDIENTS
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced small
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 green chili pepper, finely chopped
- ½ cup cilantro, finely chopped
- Juice 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons SOW Chia Oil
- Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with lemon juice, oil, and salt.
- Use it for a barbecue, as a dip, or in your favorite meal.
