- ¼ cup of SOW CHIA OIL
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- ½ onion, chopped in very small squares
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 lemons juice
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- In a bowl combine the SOW CHIA OIL, olive oil, Dijon mustard, juice and lemon zest and honey and whisk, with a hand mixer or fork, to blend.
- Add the onion and garlic and continue mixing until a thick consistency is formed.
- The dressing is excellent tossed with mixes of green leaves such as lettuce, spinach or arugula.
