INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (or fresh)
1 medium ripe banana (or 1 cup sliced frozen banana)
1 cup Chocolate SOW® Chia Milk
1 scoop plant protein powder like pea or whey protein powder (dairy)
Mint leaves or a whole strawberry sliced lengthwise 3/4 way up the middle and hung on the edge of glass (garnish)
DIRECTIONS
- To the blender: Add the chia milk, then the strawberries and banana, followed by the protein powder. Blend well, until smooth.
- Adjust consistency by adding more frozen fruit, ice or chocolate chia milk.
- Garnish glass with fresh mint leaves or a sliced fresh strawberry.
