Chocolate Chia Pudding

Chocolate chia pudding


  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup chocolate SOW Chia Milk
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt or vegetable yogurt
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Fresh berries



  1. In a medium-size bowl, mix the chia seeds with SOW chia milk. Beat vigorously with a spoon so that the seeds are equally moist and well-mixed.
  2. Let the mixture sit for a minimum of 2 hours. It can also be left overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Add the pudding mixture, yogurt, berries and honey to dessert-sized glasses.
  4. Serve chilled.
