Chocolate Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium-size bowl, mix the chia seeds with chia milk. Beat vigorously with a spoon so that the seeds are equally moist and well-mixed.
  2. Let the mixture sit for a minimum of 2 hours. It can also be left overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Add the pudding mixture, yogurt, berries and honey to dessert-sized glasses.
  4. Serve chilled.
