Chocolate Chia Pudding
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup chocolate SOW Chia Milk
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt or vegetable yogurt
- Honey or maple syrup
- Fresh berries
- In a medium-size bowl, mix the chia seeds with SOW chia milk. Beat vigorously with a spoon so that the seeds are equally moist and well-mixed.
- Let the mixture sit for a minimum of 2 hours. It can also be left overnight in the refrigerator.
- Add the pudding mixture, yogurt, berries and honey to dessert-sized glasses.
- Serve chilled.
