CHIA PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp (20 g) ofSOW Chia Seeds
  • ½ c (100 ml) almond or coconut milk
  • ½ c (100 ml) water
  • 10 Stevia drops
  • ½ tsp cinnamon 
  • Vanilla extract
  • ½ c (100 g) berries
  • 2 tbsp granola

DIRECTIONS

  1.  In a glass jar, mix the chia, vegetable milk, water, stevia, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Mix very well and leave in the refrigerator overnight until the next day.
  2.  The next day eat it in the same jar or put it on a plate and top with the berries and granola. Enjoy!
