4 bananas, smashed
2 cups SOW Chia Milk
8 tablespoons peanut butter
4 tablespoons oat
Chocolate (with more than 70% cacao content)
Heat the SOW chia beverage up in a pan on a low heat.
Add the bananas and a few drops of sweetener. Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer until achieving a creamy mixture.
Add half of the peanut butter and the oat. Stir until the mixture starts to thicken and remove it from heat.
At the bottom of a glass or bowl, add one spoonful of peanut butter as the base of the dessert. Then, poor the banana mixture on top of it and leave to cool. In the meantime, cut the chocolate in pieces.
Before serving, decorate the dessert with the pieces of chocolate.
Tip: For a creamier mixture, pour in the oat at the beginning. Adding the oat at the end, like in the description, gives a crunchier result.
