Chia oil and coriander dressing


  • 2 Tbsp SOW CHIA OIL
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ garlic clove
  • ½ cup coriander


  1. In a bowl, place your SOW CHIA OIL and the olive oil.
  2. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice with the mustard, salt, pepper and garlic, mix very well using an immersion blender until a thick consistency is formed.
  3. Then, add the cilantro leaves little by little, at the end you will see a yellow / greenish tone.
  4. Enjoy with your favorite salads!
