Banana bread

Banana bread with chia milk

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups of oats
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Chia Milk
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 1/3 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Switch the oven on at 180 degrees
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a homogenous mix.
  3. Place the mix into a mold lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until it is baked.
  5. Leave it to cool before serving.
