RICOTTA-MINT DIP

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 gr. ricotta cheese
  • 120 ml. plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup finely chopped mint leaves
  • ¼ cup finely chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp. SOW CHIA OIL
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the ricotta cheese, yogurt, chives, and mint; fold with a wooden spoon until well blended.
  2. To soften it, add SOW CHIA OIL and salt to taste. Continue mixing for 1 minute.
  3. Serve as a dip and enjoy!

Yield: 1 cup
