INGREDIENTS
- 200 gr. ricotta cheese
- 120 ml. plain yogurt
- ¼ cup finely chopped mint leaves
- ¼ cup finely chopped chives
- 2 tbsp. SOW CHIA OIL
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, add the ricotta cheese, yogurt, chives, and mint; fold with a wooden spoon until well blended.
- To soften it, add SOW CHIA OIL and salt to taste. Continue mixing for 1 minute.
- Serve as a dip and enjoy!
