Chia and Lemon Water

If you want to give a fun and more nutritious touch to a simple glass of water, this recipe is just perfect!



  • 2 lemons

  • 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

  • Water

  • Ice and sweetener (optional)


    1. Squeeze both lemons and reserve their juice. Incorporate the chia seeds in a glass bottle, add the reserved lemon juice and water until the glass is full.

    2. Add sweetener to taste and to make it more refreshing, use ice!

    Servings: 1 serving
