Citrus salad

If you haven't fallen in love with citrus salad yet, this one with Chia oil SOW will make that happen. It is so easy to prepare!



  • 2 cups different types of lettuce
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup purple cabbage
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons of rolled almonds
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds



  • ½ cup of orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Chia Oil SOW
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil



For the Salad: Mix in a bowl the lettuce and baby spinach. Then add the tomatoes and the cabbage. To bring color to our salad cut the grapefruit and orange in slices without peel and white skin. Add them and sprinkle the almonds and the Toasted Black Chia SOW, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.


For the Dressing:In a bowl add the orange juice and mix with the honey. Add the balsamic oil, Chia Oil SOW and olive oil. Mix until all ingredients are integrated with a slightly thick consistency. And ready! You can add it to our salad.
