Chia Oil & Balsamic dressing

Chia oil and balsamic dressing


  • 1/4 cup SOW chia oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp each, salt & pepper


  1. Add ingredients of choice to a pint-sized mason jar and place the lid on.
  2. Shake jar well to mix up dressing. Store in the fridge for up to 2 months. Enjoy!
