Tomato, corn and edamame chia pasta

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack. SOW CHIA PASTA  🛒  Buy Now
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 8 oz can of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup edamame
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook the SOW CHIA PASTA according to instructions.
  2. In a pan, sauté the olive oil, onions, and minced garlic for about five minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, edamame, and oregano. Cook for about another 10-15 minutes. Then add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the pasta sauce over the pasta and enjoy
