PRE WORKOUT SMOOTHIE

Good nutrition is very important for a great workout performance; this chia & berries smoothie will give you the energy you need!

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup gluten free oat flakes
  • 4 strawberries
  • 2 tbsp. of SOW BLACK CHIA SEEDS
  • Ice and sweetener to taste
  • Strawberries for decoration (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS


Add the almond milk, oat flakes and strawberries in your blender. Once liquefied, include the SOW BLACK CHIA, sweetener and ice, then mix them.

When finished, decorate with strawberries for more flavor & color.
