PRE-WORKOUT SMOOTHIE

strawberry pre-workout smoothie

Good nutrition is very important for a great workout performance; this chia & berries smoothie will give you the energy you need!

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup SOW CHIA MILK 
  • ¼ cup gluten free oat flakes
  • 4 strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • Ice and sweetener to taste
  • Strawberries for decoration (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS


Add the SOW Chia Milk, oat flakes and strawberries in your blender. Once liquefied, include the chia seeds, sweetener and ice, then mix them.

When finished, decorate with strawberries for more flavor & color.
