Avocado-Lime Smoothie

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Chia Milk
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped, peeled pear
  • 1/4 medium-size ripe avocado, seeded and peeled
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp lime zest
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • Fresh mint and / or lime slice

DIRECTIONS

In a blender, combine ice, coconut milk, celery, pear, avocado, honey, lime zest, and lime juice. Cover and blend for about 1 minute or until smooth. Garnish with mint or a lime slice.
