GLUTEN FREE PASTA

INGREDIENTS

  • 2lt of water
  • 10g of salt
  • 227g of Chia Pasta SOW (Fusilli or Penne)
  • 1 cup of chopped broccoli
  • Extra virgin oil for sautéing
  • 1 cup of chopped zucchini
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • Soy sauce (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves

 

DIRECTIONS

Boil the water with the salt. Add the Chia Pasta SOW and cook for at least 12-13 minutes and then drain.

 

While you cook the pasta, sauté the broccoli in the oil. Then add the zucchinis and tomatoes. You can add a stream of soy sauce and cook for another 5 min.

Serve with basil leaves.
