3 tablespoons sucralose powder or your preferred sweetener
6 tablespoons coconut oil
4 tablespoons honey
3 medium egg yolks
½ cup Chia flour
250 g cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon of baking soda
3 tablespoons bitter cocoa powder
60 g of cocoa to melt
2 tablespoons Chia seeds
In a bowl place sucralose, coconut oil, and honey. Mix well. Then, add the egg yolks and beat again.
Sift dry ingredients (Chia flour, baking powder, cornstarch, baking soda, and cocoa powder) and add them to the mixture.
Add the cocoa to melt, chia seeds and mix to form a homogeneous dough.
Refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 °.
Spoon the dough and with the hands form balls and place them on the baking tin covered in butter paper, leaving a space of 4 cm between each. Crush them with your hand and bake for 10-15 minutes. Let them cool and serve.
