BERRIES PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cups of yogurt or milk of your choice
  • 2 scoops (44g) of SOW® CHIA PROTEIN SHAKE RED DETOX
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen blackberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you achieve the desired consistency. Enjoy!
