- 1 cup of SOW CHIA MILK
- ½ banana
- 1 orange
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- Ice and sweetener for taste
- It’s ready in two simple steps: place the almond milk in your blender, then squeeze the orange and add the juice. Incorporate the banana sliced and mix it.
- Once liquefied, add the SOW BLACK CHIA SEEDS, sweetener and ice.
