Banana and avocado smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 17 oz almond milk
  • 1 ice cube
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • ½ avocado
  • ¾ cup raw spinach leaves
  • 2 tbsp. SOW BLACK CHIA SEEDS  🛒  Buy Now
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla essence
  • Sugar or sweetener for taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In your blender, mix the almond milk, ice cube, banana, avocado and spinach leaves until a soft paste is formed.
  2. Add the SOW BLACK CHIA SEEDS, vanilla essence and sugar or sweetener, and blend again until you get the consistency of a smoothie.
  3. If necessary, add a little more almond milk.
  4. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy!
